DAN'S DIRECTIONAL DEBUT

Back in 2015 Dan ran a Kickstarter campaign to produce his first short film. He assembled a small but dedicated crew. The budget extended to cameras and lights (but that was about it).

On the team was the very talented DOP, Luca Ciuti. He helped bring the story to life and pushed to make it bigger, better and more ambitious. Dan wishes to thank Luca, sincerely. 

Over the course of a few months Dan wrote, produced and directed the film that would become The Wasteland. A simple piece exploring the complex and testing world of finding love in London. Sometimes it can feel like a wasteland and this can lead you to do strange things.
